Refund policy

Return Policy – Aqba Zahid Boutique

Customers may return an item at the time of delivery if they do not wish to accept the order.

The item must be returned to the courier at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after the customer has received and accepted the order.

We do not offer cash refunds. If an item is returned at the time of delivery, the order will simply be treated as refused/returned.

Customers are requested to check the item at the time of delivery before accepting the order.
